At Odogo, we believe in the power of mobility to transform lives one wheelchair at a time. Our mission is simple but impactful: we collect spare wheelchairs across the UK and ship them to Africa when we have available space in our containers. These wheelchairs are provided to those in need, at the cost of just transportation and taxes, not charity.

How We Help

Millions of people in Africa face challenges with mobility due to a lack of accessible wheelchairs. In the UK, many unused or spare wheelchairs sit in storage, often going to waste. Odogo Limited bridges this gap by collecting and repurposing these wheelchairs to offer affordable solutions to those in need.

How it works:

1. Collecting Spare Wheelchairs: We collect donated or unused wheelchairs from individuals, care homes, and healthcare facilities across the UK.
2. Shipping to Africa: Whenever space is available in our shipping containers, we transport the wheelchairs to African nations where the need is high and the availability of mobility aids is low.
3. Affordable Access: The wheelchairs are provided to individuals at the cost of transportation and taxes — only £110 — making them accessible without the heavy financial burden often associated with charitable donations.

1. I have a wheelchair – If you have a wheelchair you no longer need, donate it today and help someone regain their independence.
2. I want to pay the transportation – Your contribution toward the transportation cost (£110) will directly cover the shipping and taxes to deliver a wheelchair to someone in need.
3. I have a wheelchair and I’ll cover the transportation – If you have a spare wheelchair and are willing to pay for the transportation, we’ll handle the rest to get it to where it’s needed most.
4. Other – Have a different way you'd like to get involved? We’re open to all forms of support and would love to hear from you.

Cost of Transportation

It costs £110 to transport and cover the taxes for each wheelchair. Your contribution helps us provide affordable mobility to those who need it most, without adding any extra burden.
